Pepper Chicken

My mom's pepper chicken.Delicious.

Ingredients
1/2 Kg Chicken
1 Teaspoon Salt1 Teaspoon Tumeric
1 Teaspoon Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Ghee


Paste
4 Dried Red Chilli
1 Teaspoon Peppercorn
2 Teaspoon Jeera
1 and 1/2 inch  piece ginger.
4 Garlic pod
1 Teaspoon Kasa Kasa
7 Shallots

Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients including the paste.Leave for 1/2 an hour. In a pressure cooker, put all the ingredients together and cook for about 10 minutes and then simmer until the oil separates.
