Lamb/Mutton Curry (Kari vathakal)

Ingredients

3 Big onion - cut finely
1/2 kg Lamb or Mutton -small cubes
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Jeera
1/2 Teaspoon Tumeric
3 Dried red Chilli
 In a pressure cooker, fry onion ,when the onions are golden, then fry the lamb.Fry for 4 minutes and then add salt, jeera, tumeric,chilli, fry and then pressure cook it with a little water for 7 minutes.
Fry until oil separates.
