Ingredients
1/4 kg Maida
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 Cup of Milk
5 Teaspoon of Oil
Mix all the Ingredients into a loose dough. Cover with plastic for atleast 6 hours. Then roll the dough out into a sheet and fold it to make parotta shape. Flatten it out before frying in a pan.
