Thovayal - Side dish for Tamarind Rice

Ingredients

1 Piece coconut
1 Dried Red Chilli
4 Peppercorn
1 Tablespoon Thooram seed
1 Tablespoon Porikadulai
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Tamarind juice

Dry fry everything first, except salt and tamarind juice. Put everything into a mixie and make it into a paste. In a pan heat some oil and place the paste into the pan and fry until oil separates.
